Product Qualifications

COP/COC as a high-quality alternative to borosilicate glass, offers excellent material stability and high design flexibility. Its shatter-resistant nature significantly reduces the risk and cost of breakage during transportation and use. In terms of physicochemical properties, COP/COC provides high transparency, high rigidity, and excellent thermal stability (resistant to both high and low temperatures). It also has very low protein adsorption, contains no heavy metals or tungsten extractables, and eliminates the risk of delamination commonly associated with glass. This ensures a safer and more reliable packaging environment for long-term contact with biologic drugs.

COP/COC prefilled vials feature an inert contact surface and have been proven suitable for a wide range of pharmaceutical applications. They provide enhanced packaging safety, especially for manufacturers handling toxic or highly potent drugs.
